In the Playa de San Juan area, they again started talking about cleaning problems. The Association of neighbors Juntos Avanzamos sent a complaint against the local administration due to constant accumulation of leaves in lively places. Their statement states that not a full cleaning has been carried out for several days.
At the same time, the association does not require daily cleaning, but they ask to respond to obvious clusters and support the area in a well -groomed form.
In response, the authorities strengthened the cleaning in connection with the holidays of Fogueers. So, in the period from June 15 to 30, over 100 employees of Netial work on the streets and city beaches. Mostly they work in central busy areas.
In addition, from June 18, they were additionally joined by 28 employees who will maintain cleanliness on municipal beaches until the end of the summer season.
Residents hope that such measures will help save the beach and streets in order.
In May, the regional trade union Compromís demanded an improvement in the quality of cleaning in the alikant. The organization said that local authorities are obliged to revise the value of the contract and provide employees with the necessary conditions. Residents are tired of dirty streets and high taxes.
